Does this QR system make my dog a service dog?
No. What makes your dog a service dog is that it is trained to perform a specific task or service that mitigates your disability. The QR code is simply a convenient way to verify and communicate this status to businesses and establishments. For further reading, see the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
Is certification legally required for my service dog?
No. The ADA does not require service dog owners to obtain any form of certification, registration, or documentation. Our service provides a digital solution to help prevent access issues, not to satisfy a legal requirement.
How does the HIPAA compliance work?
